Waterjet cutting

Our company latest investment is a Waterjet cutting machine which is realized partialy from in EU tender and from our company's equity. The main advantages of the waterjet cutting there is no heating effect for the material, there is no toughening on the cutting edges, no structure changing. Besides all the energy using of the waterjet cutting is significantly lower than other metal cutting machines like plazma cutting or laser equipments. Furthermore it is environmentally friendly because the generated waste is less, no air pollution, lubricant or any other compound demands.

Installing at site, comissioning

Komplex Product has serves our partners in all areas, therefore we undertake shipment, installation and comissioning of the ordered equipment based on the customer's demand.

Rubber lining of tanks

Komplex Product Kft. has many years experience in the soft rubber lining of tanks and containers. Probably in many industrial applications the best coating would be the rubber lining, due to the high level of chemical resistance and corrosion protection. Despite of the painting coat systems the rubber is flexible, not peel off and easy to repair if its damaged, moreover non-sensitive for weather. The excellent quality of the rubber lining is guaranteed by the well-skilled technicians and strictly quality inspections during the manufacturing and at the final inspection. (certified tank inspector, calibrated spark tester)
